Hi I have no problem with speed of delivery. But I am still waiting for a Tax Invoice to be sent to me after phoning and requesting it be sent to my email.

Easy ordering, good product and delivery. It's a pain that no tax invoice is sent with the purchase email confirmation, and the website account only has details of products purchased, not a proper tax receipt

Firstly the stock we originally wanted to order was out of stock. I thought we had an account with OzWashroom but we were made to pay before delivery. The delivery took so long to come that the stock we wanted was probably back in stock by the time we got our order. I can't say it was a great experience.

The hand dryer emits cold air and takes a very long time to dry hands. I wouldn't recommend.

Follow- up: After placing my review, I was contacted by another customer service representative from OZ WASHROOMS. This rep was a lot more helpful and has promised to send out the correct paper towel. As a new start up business I ordered 10 paper towel dispensers and paper towels to fit according to website. When shipment arrived towels don't fit in dispensers. Phoned Ozwashrooms and they washed their hands of the issue( pardon the pun ). The customer service rep I spoke to had no customer service skills and was completely unhelpful, informing me that it was my fault and that if i wanted to purchase alternative towels i would have to pay for the new towels and also pay for shipping. When asked why when picking and packing no one thought to call me to let me know that the products they where packing where incompatible, the sales rep told me this would usual be the case, but must of been overlooked on this occasion. Given the circumstances, I would of thought that they would be accomodating and apologise, but no this was not the case. Needless to say, this is my first and last purchase with Oz washrooms.

Having issues getting parcels delivered by Australia Post. We are not equipped to pick up parcels. All other contractors have been able to deliver to this address.

Our Company purchased this product for our factory wash facilities as our current dispensers kept getting broken, the plastic pump buttons just break all the time. So we wanted to try an automatic system the product does work with our heavy-duty Orange Crush liquid hand soap as advertised however, it only releases a very small amount of soap at the maximum setting which is just not suitable for us if we could adjust this it would be more suitable for our porpuses. We would have purchased a second one if we could adjust the amount of soap dispersing.

Hi Gemma, Sorry I have not received any complaints. From you or anyone else. Are they good alkaline batteries ? We mostly use bamboo recycled paper for eco reasons. Products are competitively priced and arrived within 7-10 days of ordering. However one of the items I received arrived damaged. I contacted the sales team by replying to my purchase invoice (less chance of the email going to spam) and have had no reply...
