“Not great. Thought I'd give this company a go as I liked some of the designs, even though I didn't have high hopes. Thought they were being posted from US, but alarm bells began ringing when they were sent from China. As expected, most of the clothes are pretty rubbish quality and sizing is all over the place. I've also realised that they have knocked off designs from reputable designers in breach of copyright. And pricing isn't that actually great when you can buy quality clothing in sales for the same price. Haven't contacted them to arrange returns/refunds as I don't have time for back and forth I've read about in other reviews. My advice, stay away. And also beware of all the positive reviews online, I suspect many are fake.”

“Poor quality on half of my items ordered. Wanted to return the items, but unable to. PatPat’s customer service is really bad. Although they responded quickly within 48 hours, they were unable to help me resolve the issues I raised. I had been exchanging emails for a long time and did not get into the resolution. We kept going around in circles and got nowhere. I figured that they would like me to give up. So I told them if they could please provide a quick resolution. And that this was my final email before I raise my complaints under the consumer rights act and take action. No response. My last email was — any response to this??, and as expected no response.”
“Put the pit pat on our Springer spaniel. Worked ok to start with. She was on her way to 180 continuous days then it started to play up not recording data etc went back to zero this happened twice. She got her badge for lands end to john o greats in march. No badges since although she walks 8 miles a day. I did email their customer services but no answer Very disappointed”

I continue to ask for a full refund from this company as it took 40+ business days for "shipping" when it really was stuck in customs for part of the time. I have been in contact with this company almost a dozen times now through their website, email, facebook, and instagram. They refuse to initiate a refund and continue to send me messages "apologizing" in order to run down the 14 day return policy. I did not use the items, cannot use them, they are in perfect condition as they were received and I requested a return the day I got them. Besides the long wait the quality was very poor on two of the items. One item claimed to be 95% cotton and was this scratchy, shiny material. Definitely not cotton.
Note that the website says 30 days but their communication with me keeps mentioning 14 days.
According to their website: "30 days to Return? If you aren’t satisfied with the size or quality of the items you receive, you may initiate a Return Request within 30 days from the date of the item’s arrival. All return requests are subject to evaluation and our friendly Customer Service will be glad to guide you through it."
They refuse to initiate a refund.

“I ordered some really cute baby outfits for my sisters baby shower. Everything was incredibly cheap compared with other baby clothes available so I wasn’t expecting much and shipping was long about 3 weeks. When package arrived (day before the baby shower) I was actually really shocked at the high quality of the material and every outfit was perfect. Super cute!!
The sizes for adults is quite large though however baby and toddler outfits are true sizes.
I highly recommend this company for original and high quality baby and children apparel for a low price.”
