I had to take my dog back to the groom room because I wasn't happy with the result. when I phoned they asked me to bring her back. When I took her back they said that when I brought her in they said that she wouldn't settle. But this didn't explain why they didn't tell me she wasn't to the standard of the first time they groomed her. I didn't like the attitude of the young woman I was speaking to. I informed her she had just lost two customers,I have another dog. She just shrugged her shoulders as if to say she did not care. Is this standard after sales service?
