Refund - Difficult

Sent of my wedding pictures which looked good on their web site but came back over exposed. I was told that i hadnt un checked the enharnce button which they by defult add to every picture. I was then sent a refund code that didnt work. Their web site is rubbish to offers you a discount then takes it off as you are about to pay. Really poor. I'm guessing they have been taken over by another company as they used to be great.

Terrible customer service Terrible product Photos came with a strange print on the background and they’ve basically blamed me for that. Now ignoring my emails since I’ve asked for a refund or reprint.

They cancelled my order and never let me know and still haven’t received a refund, rang customer service several times but no answer and they still haven’t replied to any of my emails yet still send me them every day with offers!!! Poor customer service

I spent about 8 hours creating two special photo memory books as Christmas gifts but the books never arrived. It's been over a month now and still not arrived. Apparently they are lost and not trackable. I'm so disappointed. Customer service was good though, very fast and responsive and processed my refund quickly. Will not use again.

Please try to AVOID using Photobox Ordered few ( 7) enlarged photo prints. Waited 2/52 and yet to receive them. After few e mails back and forth managed to get the refund. Prints were supposed to be delivered by HEMES which had not updated tracking status after first few days.No apology no sense of customer care at all.

Finally several weeks after that the only resolution I am offered is to return the prints at my expense for a refund.

Paper quality (GSM) has decreased considerably over the years to the point the calendar curls at the bottom. They reprinted using the same paper and now refusing to refund. The template has changed as well so you can no longer add text onto a picture in the date field. Go elsewhere. #Worstcustomerserviceever
