“I am happy with the service provided. Few good points regarding Subir my advisor- 1. Easily accessible with minimal wait time. Very prompt and on time for calls 2. Came prepared with all the suggestions and process regarding my queries sent over an email 3. Shared all the options available. Explained the differences between different options and helped me in identifying the right policy for my needs, not just in terms of price 4. Clear communication and good knowledge. “Customers service was great.10/10 I was contacted within minutes after visiting the website and requesting a quote. “I find it hard to research and compare various insurance plans offers by different insurance providers. Policy Advisor makes it super convenient and absolutely transparent to show the premium comparison from different companies and get you the best insurance plan as per need. The advisor (Jiten) who dealt with me was highly knowledgeable and professional who managed to get the best plan and premium within my budget. The whole process was very efficient. I didn't have to go anywhere for my medical examination, it was all arranged at my home by my advisor. I am highly satisfied by Policy Advisor and would definitely recommend others too.”
