POUNDLAND Dungannon Female staff member needs to learn some manners fast. Today I was in a Good Mood so she was lucky. I filled the basic and when I got to counter ask if I wanted a Bag & I said yes .She said it would be '£1 I said s plastic bag is fine. Ssid there was none and started moaninv its only £1 ( This is the Poundland BAG CON .Dont offer plastic bag as they make these nasty bags for 4p and get their stores to push the sale of them for £1) J just said forget it and left the basic with over £30 worth off items on the counter. This girl was not local and her English wasnt that good.But MANNERs cost nothing. Show some Respect. Looks like she didnt like a job. Some local girl would be more greatful.

I went to poundland in Bromley today. I was looking at a radio but couldn't figure out the battery scenaro, but Faterna figured it out for me she was so helpful, then my money wouldn't go in the machine just like that Faterna was cheerful to help me, WELL DONE

Still awaiting a refund for goods I didn't purchase. I used a faulty self service machine that took my money and would like my money back in full. Terrible outcome. Disappointed. Waited 30 minutes standing with my walking stick for supervisor and wasn't even offered a chair, the excuse given is ludicrous. Shame on poundland Surrey Quays and the customer services Sarah investigating. Disgusted.

Used pitsea basildon store today No cashiers on till Used self scanners had to call assistant twice who quite frankly did not seem to want to be there was more interested in talking to other members of staff Not everybody wants to or is able to use self scan tills

I brought a charger a few weeks ago it breaks in a week. I now buy another charger and when I put it in it snapped. Terrible quality do NOT BUY!!!

Today I had the most wonderful service from Vikki at longbridge Birmingham. We had heard her going above and beyond to another customer and the same to myself. Always smiling. Clearly cares about the service she gives. I would like this wonderful lady to be recognised and commended on the service she gives. Not just today but any day she is there. Thank you Vikki you made our day. Vikki was so polite to me and my Nan and she is always interacting with the customers and her demeanour is lovely, she really is a credit to the store.

Daughters comforter was handed in and was binned within 24hours. I couldn't get it back when I tried to retrieve it and was lied to several times about them not having. Not an ounce of common sense in the staff.

I visited the St Helen's store today to return an item. Unfortunately I did not have a receipt. I have to say the staff could not have been more helpful. After asking me some information about my purchase they were able to trace it and gave me a refund. I felt I had excellent customer service. Thank You.

I usually used to shop on poundland turnpike lane. I attended poundland I was approached by a Polish man he asked me what I wanted . I said I am shopping he a polish man and another Pakistani man where watching and following me during my shopping I don't understand why. I paid and when I want to leave they approached me again and wanted to see my receipt. I showed them my receipt and they said i was duing fraud which i don't understand why. I do have their fotos and my receipt as well . I can downloadload them. Next time i passed by i didn'tsee the man claimed to be security officer. I myself is a security officer complaining about discrimination by people misuisg poundland name. I was informed last week by poundland customer service to contact the security agency. Well my point is those guys are discriminating poundland customers. Poundland should take action not simply I will use other store. Thanks for your discrimination.

Everytime i go to poundland my problems are solved I am buying from them everything even my food honestly they are the best Thank you poundland for all your cheap products I am satisfied 100% ❤️

The worst customer service I have ever… The worst customer service I have ever experienced! Bag packed at checkout by a till operator distracted by a supervisor, no option to pack yourself, goods just thrown in! Opened the bag to find a whole bottle of shower gel over all items in one bag. Several phone calls to store & head office plus a store visit resulted in a very bad attitude by all staff I spoke to & told to wash or wipe damaged goods, no refund. Appalled is an understatement!!

Your system changed my address back to an old one. It also changed my billing address to same and that was NEVER my billing address. My recent order was delivered there and I have requested that you collect and redeliver properly and I do not get phone calls returned as promised and when I do get through to a person they do not rectify your mistake. TOTALLY DISGUSTING SO CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE.

In Harsleden the price tag in the shelf for soft drink is absolutely misleading. When you go to the till the man tried to convince me that I was wrong as if I am blind. Lots of costumers agree that this is a common practice in this shop.

Just seen what happened in Sheffield staff took it to far and to do what they did out of the shop both man are in the wrong what about if kids seen that or if the two people got hurt in the shop you take out people nice or call the police that's they job

I use to work Poundland 2019 for a couple of months they told HMRC that they had given me car benefit £3869. And car feul benefit £3215. I don't have a drive or have a car after me putting a stop on it February with HMRC and telling them off mistake they resubmitted again it's taken 14 phone calls 6 hours 8 min 28 sec on the phone and 12 emails the payroll manger ignored my calls so contacted CEO Barry Williams who passed it to Ian and he told lies saying it was sorted when it wasn't at the time it's taken 3 months disgusting wouldn't even give money for all the phone calls

I’ve been looking for the wooden lid jars everywhere since I discovered it on TikTok, popped into my local Poundland unfortunately they didn’t have any, spoke to an assistant manager named farhana excellent customer service, she done the check on the delivery and told me to come back the following day as they will have more in stock. I finally have my jars thanks to farhana.

I'm giving Poundland a bad score because of the following. The 1st is because according to my bank statement in September 2019 someone working at Bridlington Poundland stole 3p from my bank account,but Poundland say they have no record of this transaction. Poundland customer services are either incapable of answering my question of did their head office receive my letters of complaint with my bank evidence of the spurious 3p transaction attached? Or they just don't care that they have wasted my time and money and mishandled my sensitive financial data. No my bank cannot help with this issue and my bank didn't create the problem as has been previously explained in my letter to Poundland via Resolver from Money Saving Expert. It's not just about the 3p which is a very small amount,the other reason I'm complaining about Poundland is their very bad customer service to me,especially from the Bridlington branch whose staff viewed CCTV footage of me with a wrongly negative bias and wrongly accused me of theft to the value of £1. How would Poundland feel if I stole 3p from their business account and ignored their letters of complaint and mishandled their sensitive financial data? Do Poundland think that it's OK to treat their customers like dirt?
