Still awaiting a refund for goods I didn't purchase. I used a faulty self service machine that took my money and would like my money back in full. Terrible outcome. Disappointed. Waited 30 minutes standing with my walking stick for supervisor and wasn't even offered a chair, the excuse given is ludicrous. Shame on Poundland Surrey Quays and the customer services Sarah investigating. Disgusted.

Several phone calls to store & head office plus a store visit resulted in a very bad attitude by all staff I spoke to & told to wash or wipe damaged goods, no refund.
