“Don't waste your money on this company. I have been so disappointed. Took 8 weeks to deliver 2/3rds of my order. Part is now not available where they took so long. Had 8 weeks waiting for a changing mat, 5 of which with a newborn, to now be told it's no longer in stock. No refund on delivery charge either, so now I have to pay an additional delivery charge to another company for the mat. Terrible customer service, they have my money, so they have the power!”

“Quick delivery, great pram daughter loves it unfortunately one of the hoods has not been sown so has a hole in it so is unable to use it yet. Awaiting customer service getting back to me to get sorted so my daughter can use the buggy.”

“Arranging a return has taken weeks They do no respond to emails, my parcel has been sent back to them but have still not been issued a refund, the customer service team do not respond to the query at hand and send lots of generic information”
