“Took my money on the 6th of July for a travel cot, only chose that one as I needed one urgently and it said 3-5 working days delivery. 2 weeks later they said sorry, it was never in stock and their error, it will be in atock soon. The date it was due to be in stock, there was an apparent 'supplier error' so it will be another week until in stock. Received an e-mail saying due to Covid it will be another 4 days. Missed seeing a sick relative and now missing a holiday. Truley a terrible company, not once replied when I emailed customer service. Oh but boy was they quick to take my money and then on the tracking from the day of order, my order was 'being processed so is not refundable' even though it was never in stock. Will never use this company again and I urge anybody who reads this to avoid this company as they will willing take your money, quote you good delivery times but have you waiting a month for your package.”

“Bought an amazing car seat Cozy N Safe Olympus Group 1/2/3 Car Seat for our 7 month old son. The seat was incredible value for money and arrived in a couple days after delivery. The seat is so easily to fit and most importantly has a recline capability. It really is the best seat I’ve seen for the money.”
