“Do not order from this website!! Its a scam, i ordered a toy for my little girl and never recieved a confirmation email or my order but they had taking payment. I sent email after email and got ignored again and again, it wasnt until i said i would be getting in touch with the authorities that they then got back to me. After waiting 11 days with no answer they then said that my item was lost in transit. What a load of nonsence. This is by far the worste experience i have had with online shopping. Save your money and shop else where.”

“The contact up to delivery was very good but, on the day, I was in the house watching and waiting. I saw the delivery van, but there was no knock on the door. I discovered my parcel when I got your message and it was on next door's food bin!”

“Overall a few of my items came on time. Moses basket is lovely. I am still waiting for my pushchair which is saying dispatch at the end of April. Hope it arrives on time as I’ve waited a month already.”

“Walker delivered promptly, some of screws couldnt be used as not star/strip to screw. Bit annoying. Baby seems to enjoy it, does what it says on the tin!”

“Absolute awful company with one of the poorest customer services I've ever dealt with.No care what so ever.Made 3 orders 1 got lost in transit 2 weeks late, 1 got delivered a week after the 2 weeks as they cancelled it then reinstated it,1 item got delivered and was total wrong thing.So good luck if you order from them and responses are done through email that can be answered up to 2-3 for a response 🙈”

“Very happy with the service I received. Got the trike at a really good discount price. Quick and easy delivery too. It’s very sturdy and strong for my little one and she absolutely loves it. Just wish the instructions were a bit more clear on fitting it. Otherwise definitely A recommended site. Already got my brother to order too”
