“Would be 0 stars if could be. Ordered a pram which did arrive quickly but with footmuff missing. A week on still no footmuff, spoken to 3 different people about the matter, 1 who said had been posted and would get a tracking number,never did got intouch again today and no, one hasn't been posted out. Sent an email of conplaints. Still not heard back absoloutly rubbish communication skills, and i do not appreciate been lied to. Would avoid ordering from this shop.”

“After a long wait they have send a wrong colour high chair, it would have been easier just to go and buy from any shop. Now the hassle of returning and waiting for another one. Very disappointed.”

“The price for the iCandy footmuff was great! - £69.99. - in comparison to the rest of the (high end) market. We have the iCandy peach truffle - goes very very well with the truffle, pretty much the same colour. The communication with customer services was really good, they replied very quickly. The refund/ refund system is a little outdated - I prefer a company to use free returns... Also, the picture wasn’t great and actually quite deceiving. It looked black on the picture, it’s more of a grey-ish colour. - that doesn’t bother me because as I’ve said it goes well with my pram. Overall though.. great product, fast delivery, good customer service, nice price and I would definitely use the website again.”

“It's our 1st purchase from this site. We've just received our isafe inline tandem today. In this price,It's much more stronger than I'd anticipated.Got two car seats, which I was looking for such a long time, and extra adaptor in this price. My babies are due to arrive in couple of months and I'm ready to take them around everywhere which I believe , this tandem is gonna make very convenient for me. The big wheels on the back makes tandem easy to move. I'm hoping they stay the same after babies get bigger. I'll try and give my review again once I've started using this. Although I'm sure! I won't be disappointed. Thanks "Precious littleOne" for providing great service from placing order to delivery.”
