“We ordered the mamas and papas bumbo type seat with tray and activity table. The product is fantastic providing our 16 week old boy just enough support for him to sit up with confidence and make him work his muscles slightly to do so helping him increase in strength and stability. The removable table is easy to take on and off and I’m not worried about catching fingers or feet as there no nasty snap clicks, but it remains firm with a lip in the middle between the legs and a slot either side of the body. Removable activity table with suckers is a superb extra bonus with a lovely array of toys. Company gave this at a very good cost, ordering was simple, it was delivered very quickly. I will definitely use Precious Little One again, and highly recommend the website and product.”

“I ordered a travel cot and got sent a pushchair. Obviously a massive confusion but when your unable to contact them efficiently to arrange a correction with my order has proven very difficult. Number does not worker and the emailing process is 3-5 days for a reply. Ridiculous if you have paid money and need help to fix a problem that was not your fault. I just believe their customer service needs working on regarding contact. Delivery was on time and very fast.. just not what I ordered and highly frustrated trying to fix the problem when I cannot contact anyone.”

“WE got the car seat delivered to my daiughter thank you but the order that was coming to us( the Stroller) didn't arrive instead we got a travel cot /playpen. I did contact you regarding this but haven't heard anything back. Geoff King”
