“Great service. My daughter is very happy with the products. 10/10 Customer service 0/10 I am not happy about the constant emails (3 so far and order was only delivered 4 days ago) asking me to review my purchase. I only need ONE email and if I decide to, I will submit a review. The best way to lose customers is by badgering them.”

“I am giving four stars not three as I am satisfied with the service and quick shipping of the product. However I am not quite happy with the kinder Kraft high chair which is not as solid and stable as I expected and due to the fee of £16.50 for refund I will keep it and I hope that it will last and will be safe to use.”

“I ordered the 5 in 1 cradle. This was delivered 2 days after my purchase. I haven’t opened it as it is a present for my great grandson due in August. Very happy with the service so far.”

“Fantastic service ordered Monday morning delivered before noon the next day . The product was a Kindercraft Pilot pushchair and is just what we wanted small and compact and at less than half price was a bargain now if only Ryanair’s baggage policy wasn’t so severe it would be in the overhead luggage rack , still can’t have it all.”

“Easy to order and fast delivery. Great item - I already have one and ordered the same for my brothers baby as my little one loves hers. Watched courier walk up drive, drop item in porch and run back to van. Didn’t try to deliver to hand.”

“The item I purchased didn’t include any instructions in the box, the safety belt wasn’t included and it also didn’t make sound like it was supposed to. Obviously things should be checked before being sent to customers so I won’t be shopping here again unfortunately.”
