“Finally had the car seat delivered, it’s only been two months. The box looked as if it’s been taped up again and the head restraint polystyrene foam has a crack in it, but I can’t be bothered trying to deal with precious little ones anymore. Emails sometimes get a reply but mostly don’t, and nobody ever answers the phone. Take notice of the reviews and leave alone.”

“Numerous issues with delivery. Arrived missing boxes. Customer services shocking to get a hold of. Arrived weeks late damaged and broken parts. Absolutely shocking condition to sell someone a cot bed in! Was like a death trap!”

“Having decided on this trike for my grand daughter's 1st birthday I was very happy to see the advert on Facebook as to it being virtually 50% cheaper at PreciousLittleOne. The website is easy to place an order, delivery was made within a couple of days, brilliant service.”

“Delivery super fast. I ordered a cozy coupe car and a baby bottle brush. The baby bottle brush for some reason came in the cozy coupe car box, which I didnt like as I had to open the box and dig around to find it, at first I thought the brush hadn't arrived and then thought I would check the box. That car is a xmas present and i have had to reseal the box with I'm not very happy about they should have been 2 separate packages or a bigger box with both of the items inside like normal companies would do. Also yodel left the box outside my front door in the rain so the box was soggy, annoying because my neighbour's were in all day and he didnt even think to try there. Bit disappointed with precious little one for these reasons.”

“My daughter LOVES this stroller and as she’s still quite small (1 year and 2 months, still in 9-12month clothing) my son who is coming up for 3 likes to get in there with her and have a little snuggle when they’re both tired. I’d highly recommend this stroller as it’s sturdy, has great space underneath and is good looking.”
