“Awful company. Do NOT buy from them. My pram broke after 5 weeks and they refused to exchange. I had to send it back for them to fix it which has taken 3 weeks and I’m still without a pram. Customer service is rude especially Charlotte and you can never get hold of them. Terrible terrible company and wish I never brought with them.”

“Received my pushchair today, I ordered yesterday and called them to say I desperately needed my new pushchair by Monday and it came the next day instead, very impressed with service yet again. Order from precious little ones a few times now and always been a good experience Thankyou :)”

“I would order again definitely, the delivery was meant to be 3-5 working days however came next day, the only downfall is is when I ordered the travel system they put an offer on mid-morning so after I ordered - which meant I lost out on money because they shouldve put the offer on at the start of the day 00:00am or a few hours later so when I ordered about 6/7am the offer shouldve been on like any other company who put offers on. The travel system instructions weren't great therefore took a while to out together... those are my only downfalls.”
