“I ordered a dolls buggy for my daughter because the price was excellent. Overall, I was amaze about the updates I got from PreciousLittleOne about the delivery of the parcel, it was great to be so well informed! It came very quickly, the delivery guy was super pleasant and kept the distance (it is important these days) and about the buggy, my surprise has been the high quality of the product. The reports were good but I thought that because the high discount it may be something wrong with it but it is not, it is an excellent product, and easy to assemble.”

“If I could give zero stars, I would in a heartbeat. This company have caused me nothing but stress during my pregnancy. I bought a travel system from them about 10 weeks ago, it was silver in the pictures but green when it turned up. I requested to return it as I'm having a little girl and I wanted a silver travel system as I thought I was buying from the pictures online... They responded and explained they couldn't accept my return due to covid 19, which I more than understood. After waiting weeks and weeks I contacted them again to ask if they were now taking returns, to which they replied (eventually) saying yes. I done everything as I should by requesting a collection from my home address and providing them the relevant details, but never had any correspondence. I have sent email upon email trying to get the return sorted and my money back so I could buy another travel system, but the communication is awful! They finally got back to me last week and told me that they would collect today between 9am and 4pm. I have waited in all day and no one has turned up. I could honestly cry! I feel so fed up. I have 3 days left until my due date and have been so stressed with it all. I've had to fork out extra money for a second travel system because this company cannot be professional enough to arrange a return. I will never, ever buy from this company again. Avoid atall costs!!!”

“Product arrived very quickly and was really simple and easy to use. But I ordered the wrong size so need to return, also I was very unhappy with the inner packaging it arrived in so I would not like to use even if it was to fit.”

“So far, I have ordered a car seat on Tuesday night & had it delivered on Thursday afternoon the same week during the Covid 19. Thank you for a speedy delivery guys. I found the car seat a bargain with the aid of the Bounty app. I will fit it forward facing as I am sure she will love looking out of the car once we drive more!”
