“Fairly quick delivery! Best price I’ve seen pushchair for! Well packaged all lovely clean and dry despite very bad weather today! Not had any dealing with customer service as not needed to! Very happy customer! Have used before and always been happy with everything!”

“Had initial issues with the website as the checkout process completed without reviewing and confirming the order. I’d already had to cancel an order for the same item elsewhere after waiting 4 weeks and delays meant it wasn’t going be in time for my daughters birthday. However customer service were very helpful, issues were resolved quickly, and the item arrived the next day.”

“Terrible service ordered a large bottle set stated in stock and would be dispatched in 5-7 days a week and half later still not dispatched after trying to get in touch with them via phone and email finally got a response to say would be a further 4 days as there not in stock, then to be told a matter of seconds later that those bottles are no longer being made and sold so did i want my money back? There stating products are in stock and take your money straight away then make you wait weeks for refund(still waiting for)”

“Good price, good communications. Turned out it wasn’t what we wanted so we contacted for a refund. No problems, simple procedure - item returned via our nearest Asda store for free return. What’s not to like? Five star service.”

“Extremely happy with the service I received from preciouslittleones. There website was easy to understand and ordered a lovely new buggy hassle free. The courier kept me up to date on my parcel and sent an text to say it had been delievered(I sent it to another address). When I collected my buggy, there was no damage to the box and the buggy was well wrapped up inside. Definitely be using preciouslittleones again in future”

“Super fast delivery.. great that you can track your order... was super excited to get the pushchair . How ever once it arrived I realised that the colour was so off compared to the picture.. I was expecting a pink and cream but I got a grey and green.. how ever ... after taking my daughter for a spin around the block.. this pram is weightless super smooth too!! Totally happy with my hauck runner”
