“I have received emails saying that I have received my delivery when unfortunately I have received the item. My order number is 2031284 I would be most grateful if someone could look into this further”

“Happy with the company just not the delivery company. Left my pram and accessories on my front door step. I shouted out of the front upstairs window and she got in the car and drove away.. my baby was undressed and my door states to deliver all parcels to back door where they can be left safely and not on show to be stolen.”

“Returned my goods almost a month ago - don’t answer emails, lie when refund been processed - to date said 2 different dates yet no refund via PayPal or confirmation email as promised - still waiting - Apauling customer service. From reading other reviews on Facebook etc it appears all is well until you have an issue or need a refund - not how a company should operate - especially when a lot of customers are pregnant!”
