“Ordering was really easy- however I didn't receive any form of confirmation, although the money was out of the account- I emailed re a confirmation of delivery, but by the time they replied...( takes upto 5 days ) the goods were delivered, and WOW a beautiful product ( pics do not do it justice ) very easy to assemble, and fabulous quality for the price, (quality was my biggest worry) my daughter is so pleased with her goods, and im happy that she is happy. Customer help line would deffo improve the ratings - as this company has great products at great prices.....”

“There were 2 types of Moses basket and I accidentally purchased the wrong one (baby brain!) tried to amend order and nightmare company to contact and to return was £28.50 so am now left with Moses basket I don’t really want as I refuse to pay that to return despite trying to amend my order within 10 mins of purchasing :(”

“The website is good and ordering is easy, the courier was polite and on time too.. however 2 items were not delivered and this company is an absolute nightmare to contact anyone to get the problem even remotely resolved. Or even a reply. Shame, all it would take would be a customer service phone line to improve this dramatically”
