I checked there returns collection service and it’s over £16 to have a box collected!!! It’s so frustrating not being able to speak to someone directly and it shouldn’t be this complicated to cancel an order for goods that weren’t delivered when expected.

Product not as described, but only discovered this after 30 days hence outside returns period. Customer services only responded with generic illiterate comments. Finally resolved through PayPal dispute resolution who found 100% in our favour. I would not use again.
”
