“Ordered a baby bath from this company and was not pleased with the amount of time it took to be delivered considering they are not that far away from where I actually live.Ordered a baby blanket a week or so ago and it has just arrived today, very dismayed to say the blanket I received was not the same blanket they display on their website..Have tried ringing but to no joy, seems nobody wants to answer their telephone either.Next step to send an email of which I've also had no luck as it is saying I need to fill in all fields...I have done this and double checked so seems this line of communication doesn't work propey either.Very disappointed is an understatement as the blanket was supposed to be a gift..Whether or not I will ever get this resolved we will wait to see”

“I have used PreciousLittleOne twice now to buy a nursing chair for our daughter in law and a birthday present for another grandchild. On both occasions the website has been easy to use and the transactions have been no problem. The prices were very good and delivery has been fast. I will use this site again I am sure.”

“Initially good service with quick delivery, but very difficult to get through to customer services. Called over 200 times and either just rang or was engaged. Calls are also charged at a MASSIVE premium which you are not made aware of when calling. Do not respond to emails. Will not use them again.”
