“First, order was put on hold for "security reasons". Then, security questions were just to confirm name and address and contact details. But they do threaten that, if they can't get hold of you within 7 days, order is cancelled. Once done, delivery happened next day. Box damaged, the bag containing cushion completely torn. No delivery note. Don't think it's a serious and trustworthy company, so won't use again.”
