“Just recieved my delivery today after a very long wait. I was sent a used filthy scratched baby bathtub. I am totally shocked and disappointed. It was my first time ordering with them. I wish i had done my research before placing my order. They dont even pickup their customer service number. No reply to the emails either. Just pathetic really.”

“I’m very happy with the little stroller I purchased..well packaged and un damaged on arrival. The problem was with yodel, as they were unable to deliver on the said time and date I had an email saying it would be delivered tomorrow....I waited in all day and it didn’t arrive...I had no notification that it was to arrive the next day...I was supposed to sign for it, but it was very hurriedly left on the doorstep before I could get to the door... it must be a horrid job I know the delivery people are very pushed for time ...it is yodel who are at fault... VERYGOOD SERVICE FROM PRECIOUS LITTLE ONE ..”

“The delivery driver didn’t knock and we was in. Just left the parcel outside the porch which was unlocked anyway box was damaged. We live on a busy road and just lucky our parcel wasn’t stolen or the weather wasn’t any worse.”
