I ordered 2 buxus trees 3 weeks ago and have had no delivery. They do not answer their phone and the item does not appear when I put the tracking number in! I have since read reviews on this company and they are appalling! Certainly wish I had never ordered-will bd trying to get my money back! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

bought over £3k worth of plants which said would be in stock 27th April, then 1st may then saying 1st July. Customer service is utter garbage, dont answer their phone, dont respond to emails. The guy on the trade line 01189035242 said there is nothing he can do and put the phone down on me, said because its sunny all staff are busy doing other things and couldnt transfer phone call as it was monday morning! if things go wrong be prepared to have a long and arduous battle will never buy from them again

Awful company! Shocking customer service. Ordered item nearly two weeks ago and despite several assurances I have STILL not received the item. Impossible to speak to someone as they don't answer emails and don't answer the phone either! Been on hold for a total of 127 minutes today on and off all day and STILL not got to speak to anyone! Avoid this company like the plague!

VERY POOR SERVICE. I ordered a passion flower that was in stock. Web site said it would take 7-14 days to deliver. After the 14 days i had no message to say the order was delayed. No one answering the phone. Luckily i ordered through PayPal and have cancelled the order, and still no reply.

I placed an order for pond plants and water snails with Primrose.Arrived quickly. However, some of the snail shells seemed to be empty. Rang and was on the phone 20mins before they answered. I explained the position and was asked for order number which I couldn't find at the moment. She gave the impressions that it was all too much trouble.I said surely she could find my order through my post code.Finally went off and left on phone for another 5 mins.On her return she said she had been told that there should be something in the shell and wait 3 days. I am not convinced as the empty shells were a different colour from the live snails. Didn't care for their attitude.

Ordered fruit bushes, states 3 to 5 working day delivery on website. Took over a week for despatch and then not delivered for 8 days after that. Plants looking worst for wear and not sure they will survive. Very disappointed.

Terrible service order a poly tunnel on Monday paid for next day delivery product did not turn up with 5 days (Friday) contacted them via email and had a auto response stating they will respond within 3 to 4 days so I called them and was on hold for an hour before customer services answered the phone, I was then told they would ship the order and I would receive it on The filling Monday so I cancelled the order Buy from another supplier

This truly has been the most awful online experience I have ever had. Placed order in good faith and have been chasing it ever since. The website is misleading with stock levels and timescales. Trying to get a refund processed is a challenge. No one will return your calls and an email I sent remains unanswered 2 weeks later. I will never ever use this company again

This company accepted my order, took money from my credit card, didn’t deliver my order and have not responded to my emails. The order number I have is showing on their system as something completely different to what I ordered! Beware of this company! I am still awaiting a response and a refund 😡
