“It started out good .I was going to get the payment that I wanted at a 15 year fixed .Then things started to go wrong ,first they increased my payment almost a hundred dollars ,then they started dragging their feet pushing the refinance out to over 6 weeks and then they increased my payment another $150.00 .I was going to take money out of my 401k to pay down on the loan to get it where I wanted it .Instead of just letting me upload a statement they required me to take it all out and put it in the bank ,now the loan isn't going through because the payment is to high and I have the money sitting in the bank instead of my 401k. They make out like they are so good but in reality they are ripoff artist in my opinion.Don't go with quicken loan, I am now going through Amerisave with a lower rate .I am warning you and for the most part begging you not to go with quicken loans you will be wasting time and money .I am going to my attorney to see if there is something about them requiring me to take the money out and costing me money .”
