so i took this up with qvc, they just said we don't do a price match just send the camera's back for a full refund, by this point it would of cost me more to have then taken down to send back, i will be more careful in the future when buying from qvc, thats if i ever use them again!
Plus one of the camera's has a problem with micro sd reader, sometimes unreadable or no sd card inserted (ive used 2 compatible cards) but still getting errors, only way to sort this is to power down camera and restart, works fine for a bit.

Tell Debbie we are fed up with the groaning plates of grub in her photos , Qvc is a great shopping channel but please let’s just view the items and decide whether to purchase . Preferred the days of no blogs . On another note - the refund system is really fast - appreciate that .

Loved QVC at one time now every time I return something it’s going missing. Waited 5/6 weeks for a refund last time only for it to happen again 3 days after receiving the first refund. 3 weeks in and still no resolution. Poor.

Horrendous company! Selling overpriced rubbish that falls apart in no time, they use the worst courier k own to man, they can't even register a return properly which puts lengthy delays on refunds,that's if you're lucky to get a refund! Then the customer service staff raise their voices and shout over you so you'll back down yo them,they basically don't give a damn about the customers anymore, I've been left embarrassed by this company, so thanks for nothing!

Just tried the Richard Jackson weed killer that is sold with the small sprayer, the sprayer is very good, but the weed killer is a total waste of time, mixed and applied it as per bottle instructions, have waited 48 hours now since applying and NOT A SIGN OF ANYTHING HAPPENING TO THE WEEDS, as I would like to keep the sprayer item am not able to ask for a refund after it would be returned, so will use it when making my own weed killer as per the videos on YOUTUBE, have a look at them and save yourself some of your hard earned cash

Ordered a pair of Alison cork candle holders arrived after 3 delivery attempts of which 1 smashed contacted qvc several times by phone and email no reply to emails offered me refund as goodwill gesture and keep smashed holder
It’s not the first time I’ve received items in smashed boxes and qvc couldn’t care less
