I cancelled an order on 5th Oct. My money was taken straight out of my account and has been pending ever since. Why hasn’t it been credited back into my account yet. Not good enough.

once an order has been placed what is the expected delivery time, as I'm a new customer and have just placed an order for a birthday present for my wife for a substantial ammount after reafding reviews
