We recently bought the Grumpy Gardener dirt buddy for removing weeds. It's absolutely great. It makes the job so much easier when you are elderly like my husband and I. Thankyou Joe for bringing us that. Mrs Pollard.

I recently bought Elizabeth grant skin products . I'm amazed as I used the cream also for my hands ,my o my the difference it has made to my hands is incredible .

I have bought quite a few things from QVC and l have always found the things I have bought have been very good quality at a reasonable price, so easy to order or speak with customer service which have always been so helpful and informative so l would highly recommend

The bedding you refer to was too heavy for Super King size bed and made us itch. Needed to be much lighter in weight. You were kind enough to take the full two sets back and being a customer with you since the beginning I know thst I can rely on your trusted service. Many thanks I often wonder how Kara Tritton is? QVC I'm ANGRY. Been a loyal customer if 20 years. However I'm now registered disabled with other health problems. Up until 2 years ago when we had a wonderful Hermes delivery driver delivery was brilliant. He would put a parcel in my safe place and card me. Never ever did anything go missing. However, our wonderful delivery driver Darren suddenly passed away. 😢 Since then deliveries have been a nightmare. I have a note on the door, it's been there over 2 year's explaining mobility issues, please leave in safe place, small black bin in covered side entrance. Do they do this NO. I have had Hermes, now Evri drop on step in full view of passers by with no card posted to say delivery has been made. Parcels have been dropped in my Recycling bins which are on the front for anyone to look into. Not carded so how do I know they're there. So Parcels have gone missing. One time they had been dropped in Recycling bins on the Friday, no card, dustmen came Monday and away went my parcels into the back of the dustbin collection vehicle. No card has ever been left by Evri on delivery if I've not answered the door. There is also a separate note in porch window saying please give me chance to get to door. I've continuously complained to QVC for 2 year's and more that Evri are not doing their job correctly or even following instructions when they're large type printed in my porch window. So a month ago I received a letter from QVC saying that all parcels are to be signed for. Instead of telling Evri to do their job correctly I feel I've been penalised into a service that was convenient to me, and where QVC parcels never went astray when my method of delivery was adhered to. Sometimes if upstairs I can't get to the front door quickly. I've spoken to a driver and through bedroom window saying if you pop on step I'm on my way downstairs to retrieve, save you waiting on me. He was so rude, put the parcel above his head arms right outstretched and said "No, not leaving" got in his van and drove off. I reported and have reported ALL instances to QVC of which they said they would deal with, so they say!!! I've tried to cope for past 6 weeks with getting to door to sign for parcels, most I've managed but times when I've been in shower I can't get there. I called QVC to explain the difficulty I was having regards signing for parcels when there's a perfectly good safe place that has worked for many year's if only drivers follow porch door instructions. I was spoken to with attitude from a young woman in their finance department. I wasn't spoken to, but shouted at telling me that this decision will not be reversed and I have to sign for parcels. I tried to explain all the inconvenience and stress this was causing me but she kept talking/ shouting over me. In the end I said " may I finish what I'm saying please" she let me finish then started her authoritive raised voice again. I was devastated, the money I have spent inside 20 years and this is how I was treated. The reason I kept complaining about Evri deliveries was to save QVC money in the first place. If Evri had followed instructions this would not be an issue. Have to say, some of the delivery drivers can just about speak English, so it amazes me that they most likely can't read. They rely on putting postcode in Satnav and getting to destination. How can this be? I will not be ordering another single item from QVC and they should come down on their chosen Logistics instead of treating their loyal disabled customers so badly. Online shopping is my life. I'm angry, upset and hurt that QVC are treating people this way. But on reading other posts seems I'm not on my own. You need to up your Customer Service QVC.

Just received Ruth Langsford faux leather padded jacket. I love it. The fit, the weight and overall a lovely jacket. I am size 14/16 and ordered 16

Like presenter Victoria . Educated voice , like Carla .Don’t enjoy older presenters flogging wares and telling us about their latest holidays and family exploits . Good channel- some nice new products but Malissa j is so awful . Enjoyed QVC during pandemic , a life and sanity saver .

Very pleased with products - love Sea salt and Aimee cosmetics BUT we the customer really needs new faces , I switch off when I see the same presenters - then I go to another Qcv channel and there she is again , I’m sure people know who I am referring to ,,,,,, please let us watch the young fresh ones and what about some males too . Otherwise happy with products .

Always have good service but my beef is please to perhaps get some new young presenters who just describe the products and are anonymous . A new wave please.

Easy ordering and good delivery, wide range of products, shame the postage costs are expensive and postage is on each item, you can get some great deals if you search though

My partner wanted a Dyson Hair Dryer for Christmas and everywhere else was out of stock. I don't usually buy from companies like QVC (advertising on TV) but as a last resort I decided to give them a try. Very happy with the outcome - saved ourselves a bit on the delivered price, and arrived very quickly. I will definitely use them again. Thanks.

I am relatively new to QVC and I am passionate about interior design. I have been avidly watching the shows showcasing all the Kelly Hoppen, Amanda Holden and Julien Macdonald ranges, which I love! Anouska Lancaster, who is a regular guest presenter and brand ambassador for those ranges, is such a delight to watch! She always presents all the products in such a refreshingly charming and natural way, offering all sorts of tips and inspirational ideas on how to showcase the ranges in one’s own home - also, how they can be mixed and matched perfectly with other products across the ranges. As a result, I have been inspired to order all sorts of fabulous products from the different ranges, all of which I have been thrilled with so far! Anouska is a credit to QVC and the brands she represents! I am now a QVC convert!

I have been with qvc since day one and I love it and they are brilliant but on Sunday I ordered the 4 fruit trees said 7 to 10 days delivery I got them on Tuesday amazing and thank you

First class customer service , refunds no problem , postage costs could be better when buying more than one of an item ,where else can you say you didn’t like the pies you bought , and get a refund , I have had some amazing plants , It’s sad that the presenters of expensive beauty creams still need Botox and face lifts despite telling us how great they are , But an honourable company in my view

I never have a problem with QVC. Just one call to customer service and they always sort it out. I don't understand why people give them s bad review and keep items that are of no use to them. You now have 60, days to return an item. I am disabled and they always send for a collection from my home. Yes o agree that the postage on some items are a bit over the top bit don't buy if you don't like it.

I've used QVC for many years. I returned the Lab led mask recently as it was most uncomfortable for me. It's the first time I ever returned anything but it all went smoothly and my money refunded promptly. I've read so many negative reviews about QVC but I've never had any ngative issues wiyh this company. I just hate the presenters over talking the experts of the items on air.
