“Went for a 15k COP recharge with my mastercard, it said it failed yet 22k COP were charged to my card, no email was sent as support/receipt as they say, and no recharge arrived. Thankfully I got my 22k CO reimbursed a bit later but I got scared that I might've lost my moneys for a bit there lol. Maybe just bad luck, aint going back there tho.”
