I contacted RedBubble and within one hour they contacted me and refunded me the money for the t-shirt and said there was no need to return the shirt to them but to donate it to a charity or give it to someone else! I haven’t seen customer service like this ever before! I’ve already bought a few things but will continue to make purchases while sharing my love for this company to others!”
“I have ordered from Redbubble in the past. I ordered two new cell phone cases for my cell phone. Unfortunately, when I ordered them I had them sent to the wrong address where I previously lived. After contacting customer support, they were able to locate the package. Then, the reissued the cases are sending them to my current address free of charge. There are not many companies out there with such helpful customer support on Earth. 10 out of 10 will buy from them again”
“This was my first time orderering a garment on line with this company and I was VERY impressed with the quality and service I received from Red Bubble.
When I let them know that the garment didn't fit - they promptly replaced it (FOC). Service doesn't get much better than that?

“I love Redbubble for the art, of course, and for the return/exchange policy: they "let" me keep the shirts I've ordered and they gave me a coupon (of the same value of the t-shirt) when I asked a return and they gave me the right size of the t-shirt free of charge when I asked a different size! I don't use the discarded t-shirts, of course, but it's nice not having to ship back your order (from Italy) if it's not the right fit..... I am truly grateful for this website, not only for the unique prints, also for the customers care!”

“Great experience! They go way beyond normal to make their customers happy. A pair of pants I ordered didn't fit. They let me keep the pants (gave them to a friend who was smaller) and gave me a credit to buy whatever I wanted, no hassle or fight whatsoever. Once my new items arrived, they made sure to check back and make sure I was still happy. Artists are individuals, and should be rated seperately, but Redbubble as a company really impressed me with how sweet and attentive they were.
