Refund/ returns are a nightmare, i swear their site is run by bots.
First time tried to exchange a poster given as a gift...had to contact customer service 4x before they gave me a "human sounding" resolution. First 3X had answers that not even were on topic.
Second time ordered M T shirt and they shipped extra large . It's too bad they don't have the support as their products are quite unique.
