“I've just been to the River Island shop in the Arndale Centre in Manchester and I just had to write a review about how impressed I was with the service I received - not just with 1 assistant but with at least 5. I have to say I can't remember the last time I was treated so well when I've been out shopping - well done to all the staff there”

“We went to Gateshead metro centre on Tuesday 27th Feb , soon as we walked in a beautiful lady greeted us and actually continued to help us she was called Jen and I can honestly say I’ve never had that experience Before she was absolutely amazing and made us feel so welcome wow what a service”

“I rang River Island Parkgate Rotherham today to enquire about an item I had seen on line but couldn't see any stock available in nearby stores. Poppy was very helpful and suggested I visit the store and we could order the dress together. Better than that i did visit the store and Poppy was available I was happy to say and the item i wanted was in stock. I was able to try the dress on and make my purchase. The other girls in store were very nice too. Thank you Poppy I am most grateful for your polite and helpful manner.”

“Was assisted by daz in the Taunton branch today, daz helped me decide on a jacket for a wedding outfit, he was so helpful and knowledgeable and most of all took time to help me make a decision, I bought 2 jackets, so pleased with purchase, he certainly is an asset to the company.”

“Last Sunday 8th January my friend and I went to River Island Altrincham Cheshire to look around . Ifound this beautiful coat and couldn t resist. I took to pay for it and is when I was served by Floor Manager OLAIDE . What a fantastic person so polite and lovely smile and so so helpful . What a pleasure to go in a shop ans find such a fantastic person. You have done a very good choice to chose her as a Manager . And by the way my coat as been a success admired by everybody . Absolutely beautiful coat looks very very expensive . Keep choosing such good staff MARIA DE SOUSA-CUNNINGHAM”

“I went into River Island Mayflower Basildon, to buy some items for my Son who just got his 1st Job, a very polite young lady helped us pick some really nice clothes, casual but really smart, so I like to say a big Thankyou to Brodia as the company complimented him on how nice he looked on his 1st day at work.”

“I would just like to say that I was blown away with the help from a lovely assistant in your Livingston store today. Nothing was too much for this lovely lady by the name of Dawn. It was a pleasure to shop and be given the help and advice since I was on my own. I asked her her name so that I could write this review. More stores definitely need a Dawn. Fabulous service. “Gender neutral party wear. I am 25 Yr old male and had arranged to shop at RI Manchester with two female co-workers for my outfit for Christmas party. Unfortunately due to illness they couldn't make it. So they rang me and RI ahead with ideas. At store nothing was too much trouble I was able to try multiple outfits with assistance and positive feedback from staff. I finally decided on silver body top trousers and shorts,depending on shoes. Thanks to kind assistance of RI staff I will attend this years Christmas party with new found confidence.”

“I ordered 2 pairs of jeans and yet again they fit like a glove. I struggle to find jeans that fit as I’m quite short So pleased with the products and services I’ve received, as always Only 2 days wait on standard delivery as well”

“I lost my wife over 2 years ago and i was going on my first date. No dress sense so my neighbour offered to help me. Went into the Crewe branch and was met by Tracey. Neighbour explained my situation and the two of them sorted some new clothes out for me. I tried them on and they both gave me their opinion, said i looked fantastic and couldn't fail on my date, (and i didn't). After paying i met some friends, had a chat and went to leave. Before i could leave Tracey came back to me and wished me good luck. l can't thank her enough, what she did for me was way above what i expected. Amazing, Thank you Tracey, (by the way i am in my late 60;s)”

“I would like to thank River Island at the White Rose, Leeds. An amazing shopping experience thanks to Abby. She asked if I needed help and i said I am fine thank you. However I was so wrong! she gave me the whole shopping experience and ended up spending a fortune (which I intended to do) but Abby deserves the mention. The best River Island. Thank you.”
