“ Placed my order because it said 3-5 days delivery. ”

Took the day of work and had someone helping me build it for my new flat. They signed as not delivered and no way of even contacting them and the office shut at 4pm they tried delivery at 5pm. Robert Dyas sort your delivery drivers out!!!! ”

“ Order picnic bench for birthdat party. allow 7 days to delivere, agreed delivery date, my wife waited at home all day! as Roberty Dyers no control of deliverty times as all contracted out! appallinglly no UK call centre, call centre based in South Africa, after 58 minute wait on phone, informed delivery will be after bank holiday, (although Robert Dyers confirmed delivery 24/05/24 by e mail) Do not buy from this company -, very misleading, no one in uk to speak to! Really let our birythday party down, as disposed off old picnic table ! Had no option but to cancel order!! ”
