Just bought two 600wt nitro bullet blenders from this store one doesn’t work ?! I’ve never had problems with this product from other stores. It will need returning but judging by the returns process it seems like more trouble than it’s worth

Returns process is awful
THEY REQUIRE YOU TO USE YODEL COLLECT
THIS MEANS YOU HAVE A 1 DAY WINDOW DURING WHICH YOU NEED TO STAY IN ALL DAY WAITING FOR THE YODEL GUY TO TURN UP.
THE YODEL GUY THEN FAILS TO TURN UP
THEN YOU HAVE TO DO IT ALL OVER AGAIN
I DON'T KNOW HOW MANY DAYS I'M GOING TO HAVE TO WASTE RETURNING A FAULTY ITEM!!!!!
IT'S ABSURD
THIS BUSINESS DESERVES TO GO BUST

This company is a nightmare .Please keeps documents and take pictures of returns they will question you about your returns and hold your money for several weeks .Had to get my bank involved be careful
