“SHEIN IS A SCAM!!! DO NOT TRUST! They sell products, take your money, but then they don't send the products to you. I was a loyal Shein user, placing orders every week and spending a lot of money there. You would think that after I reported the missing product they would apologize and provide compensation. WRONG. They dismissed my claim, telling me that I was lying and that the product was, in fact, sent to me. I'm here to tell you that it was NOT sent to me, and I have a feeling that they oversell their products and when they run out, they simply don't send it to you and then claim that they did. IT IS A SCAM, DO NOT ORDER FROM SHEIN.”

“Wish I never traded here, they locked me out of my account and wouldn't let me withdraw the $200k I invested. It was really hard, I couldn't maintain my mortgage and had to sell my house. But with help from a Professional, I was able to get back my money. “I would give negative stars if I could. I ordered something from them, their app glitched when I updated my current address from my old address. 2 days later I get an email regarding shipping. I've been proceed to chat with a representative who told me that my address is updated and there should be no issues. Well they delivered package to my old address and now refuse to refund me since they say it was deliberate. They don't really read their emails when I email them and there's no way to contact them. They just keep repeating the same thing saying that I cannot be refunded because it was delivered. Clearly they do not comprehend basic English.”

“They kept canceling my orders after I submitted the requested proof of purchase. They kept replying back that my proof of purchase wasn't sufficient, because it wasn't a screenshot of a bank transaction, but I paid through PayPal, which is the screenshot I provided. I will not be ordering from Shein. I tried to get help from customer service, but that was a waste. Just a lot of back & forth emails, but they still canceled my order. The second order, they shipped 1 of the 9 items, but the other 8 got canceled. So, how was 1 item able to be shipped, but my verification wasn't sufficient enough for my other items. Shein is a scam! Don't order!”

“SHEIN USED A DELIVERY CALLED SPEEDY X TO DELIVER MY PACKAGE! THE DELIVERY PLACED MY PACKAGE AT THE WRONG DOOR! I REACHED OUT TO THE SHEIN MULTIPLE TIMES ASKING FOR MY ITEMS TO BE RE SHIPPED AND I PAYED A LOT OF MONEY FOR.. NOT ONLY THST BUT THOSE ITEMS WAS MY VACATION CLOTHES! SHEIN DOES NOT CARE ABOUT GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND TO KEEP THEIR CUSTOMERS.. CUSTOMER REPS SKY AND JOY STATED I NEED TO TAKE THAT UP WITH THE DELIVERY COMPANY WHEN I LITERALLY SENT PHOTOS AND PROOF!! “SHEIN and its employees do not have any kind of respect towards their customers. They don’t have any problem by taking your money but if their service is deficient and you are required to contact customer service, that’s when all hell breaks loose. If you must contact cs, you will encounter with employees that don’t understand you, employees that are careless on regards of your necessities and overall people more interested in making you feel inappropriate instead of helping you out. They offer benefits for achieving a vip status for spending your money in this website, but when you need to use those benefits they will give you the run around. My problem is with a large order I had placed. Because they keep items all around the world in different warehouses, don’t feel shy to think that they mind splitting your order. And they don’t care if by doing this they exposed you to spent more money in your purchase. They’d split my order and one single item was sent in a different package than the rest. This package had to be delivered to DORAL, Florida and during the pass weekend it was very close to that area. It was in Miami. On Monday everything changed because the package had been sent to Fresno, California. When I contacted their customer service reps no one seemed to understand my predicament. And here I am, a week later, paying additional taxes for waiting for that package to be send to my country. They are completely careless of your situation! And as for today, the package has not been delivered. I used to purchase items from this website at least once a week and my situation fell on deaf ears. If you request a supervisor they tell you right away that there ain’t any available at the moment but if you use “uncivilized” language soon enough you will get someone telling you how awful of a person you are. Don’t waste your money or your time in this website!”

“They are cheap but you will never receive your merchandise. I ordered a product on August 1st 2024 and 10 days after not receiving my package I called UNI UNI delivery. They said the warehouse was notified to ship the merchandise. I still do not have what I paid for. If you want to waste time and you money you can purchase from this vendor.”

“This is the worst experience I ever had !! I order multiple things because a friend said that they purchased some stuff from The Company and I never received my package!! I tried to contact them and they ignored me and is still trying to bill me for a package I didn’t receive!! I never signed for nothing . I will never recommend anyone to shop with them . There is no customer service to help you and they deleted the order o never received. I will be contacting better business bureau because they keep trying to take my money !!”

“They used to be great now they are ordinary SCAMMERS This will be definitely my very last order. They are scamming now. It used to be a good company with live support. Now they delay my delivery and when you submit a ticket all you get is tracking number with no update for almost 2 whole weeks . Scammers and ZERO CUSTOMERS SUPPORT”

“Wouldn't bother. Been a customer of theirs for years. Spending a substantial amount each year. The courier has lost my parcel, shein know this, asked me to close my PayPal dispute down. Have done this as they said would refund me. Still no refund £150 out of pocket. Cannot speak to am actual human being. Sht show”
