"My package I never received, went to another address that wasn't mines and no one never reached out to me I left plenty of messages through the app. So I won't recommend anyone buying from shein again because they don't return emails or reach out to there customers and the app still wants me to pay for items I never received."

"my last order arrived with three things that were completely unusable. One of them was so so badly it is unbearable. The next two were jewelry and were both broken when they arrived. I cannot return one of these items according to their policy of no jewelry or undergarment returns. So I basically threw money away, and the items are going in the garbage. I will never shop at Shein again."

Shein is refusing to refund my order without me sending everything back despite having photographic proof.
