“I didnt have any expectations from Shein but it turned out to be really good! I did a haul, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_lOTtB4NpSE, and loved all my clothes. The only issue is the inconsistency of sizes; sometimes xs was perfect and sometimes it was too big!”

“I ordered several pieces of clothing for work and date nights. Both orders were over $100 and they arrived in less than a week both times. Most of the items were of good quality but a few were thin. I probably won't order from Shein again because I initiated a return for one of the items that did not fit well and I have not received a return email notification with a shipping label and I'm not about to pay a pretty penny for a pair of pants that cost a little over $12.”

“Personally I think Shein is great - you just need to know what to buy. I don't buy leggings or jeans from Shein for example as they always end up too wide on the legs, and the legging material is usually pretty thin and see through. The key part is to read reviews and look at the measurments of the review writers so that you can gauge if they would fit you correctly. The reviews can also be filtered by photographs, a lot of the users upload pictures when they receive the items so you can see if they represent the picture and how they fit. I try to avoid items with no user pictures and save them in my wishlist until somebody else has tried it out. Returns are super simple, I think it's better to have a "haul" on Shein rather than just one or two items as there's always going to be something you don't like, just like any online retailer.”

“I purchased 7 new tops for work from Shein about two weeks ago. I received them via courier today and I was impressed actually despite the bad reviews I see now on this website. The items came on time and were exactly what I had ordered. I read the reviews on the Shein website itself for each item I was looking at purchasing (when people posted pictures with the shirts on it made my decision easier), and shopped out of the plus size section. I typically wear an extra large. I’m 190 pounds, 5’3” and my arms are the biggest part of my upper body. I ordered all 1X. I was nervous things wouldn’t fit but for the most part they did! The quality of the material is just as good as anything I’d find at my local mall so I was happy I got the amount of items I did at a fraction of the price. A few of the shirts were looser in areas I’d like them to be but were either shorter in the front than I’d like or fit just right. Overall, I’d order from them again. Just be careful and mindful of the sizes you’re ordering. My friends suggested I order a size up and I’m glad I did.”

“I was very skeptical ordering from Shein, however I received my order 8 days after placing it. I bought a pair of leopard booties, they fit & look exactly as pictured.. Whew, after reading some of these reviews, glad i didn’t have the bad experiences..”

“Ive ordered from Shein more than 5 times. You need to pay attention to the measurements and reviews. I've havnt had any issues so far. I will be returning an item in the next few days and see how that goes.”

“Surprise gift given to me before X-Mas. I've read a lot of bad reviews so when I got the gift I was skeptical. To my surprise, it was perfect!!!!!!!!!! Love, love, love my new rose colored faux fur coat. The fit was spot on - it was exactly what I was looking for, if not better. :)”

“My cousin ordered from Shein first. I liked her outfits and she told me she got it from Shein. I was hesitant at first but bought a couple of shirts that were on sale. I followed the sizing guide provided. The first order was good, free shipping, just paid 1.33 for insurance. I order from them once a month and love the points they give for discounts. Overall, I may have had 2 shirts that i wasn't happy with, but the rest was ok. I don't have time to go out shopping, so this has helped me.”

“I have ordered from Shein many times and I DO recommend it. It is reliable if you do your homework and just read the reviews. I am giving this site a good rating mainly because reviews are something which are reliable on this site, and they’re available in the first place. However, I will warn that shipping can take a little bit, but most of the time they come reliably on time, and friends have said that returns are a hassle. I’ve experienced return hassles everywhere, and am always aware of the risks. At shein, the prices are honestly just so good, that I haven’t been inconvenienced by the couple of bad products I’ve gotten and have donated them instead. Know your companies, and the qualities they serve. Sheen sells many.”

“I have ordered from Shein many times and yes, some times are bad HOWEVER if you read the reviews on items before you purchase them, you will get a good indication on their quality. “although i had a couple of dresses that were a lot larger than they said, for the most part i have had a good experience with this compan and the clothing. the wait time isn't that long, a week or so. the dresses i have ordered are exactly what i expect for the $. cute, casual and are holding together over a year of wearing a lot. i live in their dresses and i can buy several for $80. so for the money they are great. if you want better quality don't buy here, there is a reason they are reasonably priced. i have ordered about 20 or so dresses so far and out of them i really wear about 16 of them regularly and the others occasionally. only a couple were too big and unflattering. but averaging in the prices, it was still worth it.”

“Very fast delivery from ordering to delivery 6 days!! Very fast!! I ordered Bardot style polka dot jumpsuit I’m a size 14/16 but ordered 18 and it’s a perfect fit so would advise to order size up. For the price the quality wasn’t too bad perfect for holidays! Will definitely be shopping at Shein again!!”
