It was quite difficult; I had to sell my property since I couldn't make my mortgage payments. But I was able to get my money back with the assistance of a professional. “Well with SHEIN it’s a hit or miss for me. Thst is mostly due to sizing. I’ve learned to order smaller and not follow their misguided sizing chart. I have some nice things I’ve ordered from there at prices you can’t beat! Just watch your size. It’ll save you the inconvenience of doing returns.”

“I don't get these negative reviews. Shein has great quality fabrics, coloring and workmanship. Some items are a little off BUT you can return them. The key to successful shopping with Shein is to 1. KNOW your exact measurement's. They have a chart that shows you how to measure your body. 2. READ the comments. Other shoppers are going to tell you almost anything you need to know. 3. LOOK at the pictures other shoppers have posted. I have been shopping with Shein for three years now. 90% of my items have washed and worn well.”

“I have been ordering from Shein for over two years. When I first started ordering from them, shipping took forever, but now I get things in about 10-22 days. I have really liked about 90% of my orders. I order about once a month and have only returned items twice. I always order size bigger and it works for me.”

“I was wary of this company since they advertise everywhere, and I have been disappointed (make that very disappointed) with Chinese based firms before. I ordered a few things for a small cost and they arrived well within the estimated time frame. They are thin and low quality, but this is the same as you could say about some other UK based firms. I have since ordered several things and experienced no problems (except one caused by Royal Mail). The items are fun and not intended to be high fashion, and most will end up in charity shops somewhere down the line. No problems with receiving the goods or the goods themselves. Just slow, and that is to be expected, don't order anything you are in a hurry for.”

“Ordered Christmas gift for my granddaughter almost 2 months ago and it has never arrived still in transit apparently luckily it was very inexpensive and it’s probably not even worth the hassle of trying to get my money back but really how dishonest to take money and not deliver! Will not recommend SHEIN”

“You get what you pay for so I would say keep that in mind, one thing that really made me happy is a few of the peices were real crystals. Read reviews before you decide on an item, I try to only buy items that have costumers pictures on them, I've also learned sometimes you have to wait a month or more for your package which stinks but "customs" I wouldn't order if you need something by a specific date unless it's 2 months from that date. Most things are coming from china.”

“I have ordered my 3rd parcel and so far I can say their service is good, however I would really appreciate if they could give us an option to choose which which courier service we would like to use, because as for buffalo logistics wow their service is really bad, they don't communicate at all unless you make an effort to reach out”

“Shien makes me happy soooo much because of all there cute clothes. It saves me so much money because of the coupon's and HOW THE SHIRTS ARE 5 DOLLARS. Butttt the shirt's are bad material well I mean not all of them but some of them. When i got mine it was very weak and when i put it on it would flip upside down and it ripped.”
