“The lights are at a very competitive price and arrived well packaged...in the process of putting them up but looking good so far, they feel nice, they look good. Communication could improve, however. There is virtually none from when purchase is placed (not even an acknowledgement) until despatch. Admittedly, this is the important bit, but consumers like to be reassured by an acknowledgement of order and payment, followed by a despatch notification after.”

“As the light didn't arrive when I expected it to, I contacted Sherwood Lighting and was told I would be called back that day to let me know a new delivery date. The call never arrived. So I contacted Sherwood again and a lady named June sorted the issue out and the duly arrived when she said it would.”

“We had been looking for a certain type of wall light for a while and came across what we wanted at Sherwood lighting. When I carried out a price compare they were still the cheapest on line. From the point of ordering to delivery was all straight forward and traceable. The light is as I would have expected is of very good quality and I would definitely use this company again.”
