“I have always found SZ and their personnel excellent. Now with covid19 I ordered a few items on line, stocked up for winter and a few summer items, also bought shoes for husband. Some items were suitable others not. Was going to wait to return items to shop, but finally decided to return via Hermes rebound. Tracked each parcel ( there were 5 returns) and each refund came through very promptly considering collection and delivery times. Cannot fault SZ and would always feel confident in shopping with them under normal circumstances, let alone now. EXCELLENT SERVICE all round.”

“I ordered boots on Oct. 1st..charged to my credit card.....so far to this date & NO boots &n no refund which I asked for. I would NOT recommend shopping on this site ------------not a happy camper with first snow arriving overnight!!”

“I bought some boots online from Shoezone and found a couple of the pairs very comfortable, but needed to return some as well. I took them back to the shop and the assistant was friendly and efficient and completed the return quickly.”

“I ordered some welly shoes from the Coalville Store. They arrived within 3 days. Unfortunately they didn’t fit and the store operative searched other stores for a different size. When no alternative could be found as these were out of season I was given a no questions refund. Excellent service. I would definitely use this store again”

“I have bought lots of shoes for all the family from Shoe zone they are such good value for money I paid 42.00 from a very well known store for my grandson and they lasted 6 weeks I bought a pair from shoe zone for a quarter of the price and so far nothing wrong at all 8 weeks ago will update when they start to wear”
