“ BEWARE! 1 star is for fast delivery only! MINUS zero for customer service!! I have been a customer for years and always shop in store, but 1st time i ordered online size 7/EU 41...and received Size 8/EU 41. There size is different on The website and they deliver a different size! I called them but automated says High volume of calls. so i emailed them a few times and sent pics but some sara was not helpful at all...just kept fobbing me off that sizes differ etc etc NO REFUND OR CHANGE! THIS IS A THIEVING COMPANY FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE OR RETURNS!! I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN NOT IN STORE OR ONLINE FOR ME OR MY FAMILY!! ROBBERS!!! ”
