“I returned an item last Friday I received very good assistance from you but the person at the post office had difficulty with the sign you sent but he managed to do it anyway I hope you have received the item. Regards Sandra Browning”

Hey Magdalena, Thank you for your patience, I am so sorry that you are still waiting on your order, I can see that both Helen and Anna are investigating this for you. Due to the Corona Virus we have major delays on international destinations, I am really sorry that you have been affected by this. I can see when the first parcel did not arrive this was resent on the 24th November to your work address.
