“I ordered numerous dresses to choose from for a wedding. They were all delivered promptly from supplier but one was a little late. I contact silk Fred and was amazed by the fast response as most high street retailers could take weeks to reply. Helen was super helpful and requested an answer from the supplier even tho they hadn’t replied with 24 hrs she kept in contact with me to let me know and problem was resolved quickly and efficiently. Would definitely be encouraged to order again.”

“Having never shopped here before I was over the moon with my 2 purchases, one being a gorgeous dress and the other a black faux leather jacket. The fit, quality and price were outstanding and any correspondence needed was dealt with quickly even down to advice on sizing. Will definitely shop with them again.”

“Very good. I live overseas and have purchased internationally as I like their clothing and it's priced well. Great customer service too, which counts for a lot, especially when you live overseas as so much can go wrong with distribution and it's good to feel that there is someone helpful that can assist.”
