“I was regular customer for many years, and some of my recent order was damaged. sent an email to them with a photos asking for replacement and they said ''we can send you an empty container to replace the damage one. so stupid because i can't open it because it was a gift and i can't send unsealed gift. My order was over £140 and I regret to spend that money on that company. Time to move another better one.”
“Be aware that the company does not adhere to its 48hr delivery as it uses Yodel who have their own delivery times. i ordered on the 28th, allowing for Bank holiday still 3 days overdue. Contacted customer service who could only express they were sorry. WHY? say 48 hrs delivery and mislead customers when its not.”
“Totally unacceptable service. Goods ordered with a 2 to 3 business working day delivery promise by Royal Mail.
After no such delivery Simple Suppers claimed delivery can take up to 8 working days. WHY ? and how do they know this, are they so used to not fulfilling the delivery promise ?”

8 working days later still not arrived even after being advised they had been dispatched, then on second phone call to them Im advised that they werent even in stock on the day they claimed they were dispatched.
Money back requested then told it would be 3 to 5 working days to refund onto Paypal.
What a shambles, certainly wont use these again.”

“Good service and very happy with products. Descriptions are accurate and good pricing. Website crashes a LOT and I lost out on a discount voucher because of this as it expired before I got the website to work which was the next day.
The main thing I dislike is that they use far, FAR too much packaging and keep sending brochures by post even when you ask them not to.”
