“A few days after it arrived the Sherpa material separated from the other fabric. I didn’t wash it or damaged it. It looks like the fabric was too weak and split apart. Even though I contacted customer service they didn’t help me in any way. I won’t buy from here again since they don’t seem to value the satisfaction of customers and quality of products.”

“I’m absolutely loving the winter cycling gear I just got! I was kinda stressing about staying warm, but this stuff is great. The jacket keeps me warm without feeling like I'm wrapped in a duvet, and it doesn’t make me sweat like crazy. The bib tights are so comfy, I barely even notice I’m wearing them, and they keep my legs toasty. And the reflective bits? Perfect for those early rides when it’s still dark. Honestly, I’m pumped with this gear, it’s exactly what I needed for winter riding. Totally recommend it!”

“I was unsure about ordering their snowboard gear since the price was on the lower side compared to the competitors but was thoroughly impressed by the quality when I got them. After two days of use, I noticed a faint water spot on one of the jackets, seeing that my wife's jacket didn't have the same issue I reached out to let them know I might have a defective product. They shipped me a new jacket promptly despite having to get shipped overseas to the US. Not often that I write a review but since I was hesitant at first both with the quality and the customer support if I were to need it, I wanted to reassure others who might be in the same boat.”

“Compré un conjunto de ciclista para invierno y por ahora todo perfecto. Llegó a tiempo y proporciona una mezcla de comodidad, ligereza y retención térmica de lo mejorcito que he probado. Da talla muy justa. Hay que tenerlo en cuenta a la hora de adquirirlo. Escoger siempre una más. Buena experiencia.”
