The shoes were $80 bucks ...plus tax...I thought if it helps my legs and feet for a 12 hour overnight shift ..well worth the money right? I could not have been more wrong. “Taking a moment to actually give kudos to my sketchers. Just returned from a 3 week trip to Italy. I am a 68 year old woman who traveled with people older than me, and as young as 28. Not only could my sketchers keep up.... I never had a single day where my feet were tired or sore. We walked an average of 10 miles a day (as you do travelling in Europe). The other 3 people complained at the end of the day(s) how tired their feet were. Not me. Pretty sure I could have done another 10 a day. I did actually take 2 identical pair with me, cuz I like them pearly white. These babies wash up like a gem. Easy care. Light as a feather. Excellent support. Just down right comfy. “The skechers arch fit good for arch but the fit of the shoe is loose I got a 8 and then I got a 7.5 they was good for a week and then they are to loose and can't get any smaller they won't fit at all then. They are not tight on your foot they the old ones with out arch fit was always tight.. these shoes fit like a sandals they are to loose.”

About 9 months ago I purchased 3 pair at one time (different colors) and within 30 days the elastic shoelaces on one pair severed for no reason. The store replaced them, but I also notice none if them are as comfortable as Sketchers used to be and they just feel more cheaply made. Too bad, another customer lost.”

“I purchased a pair of women's Sketchers…
I purchased a pair of women's Sketchers work boots from their online store. These boots are specifically made for construction/standing etc. they are work boots. They lasted about 3 months, after that, whatever cushioning they advertised was gone and now they are like wearing concrete pads. I have severe back issues and these boots only made that worse as well as making me exhausted all of the time. I reached out to the customer service website and spent way too many hours gathering photos, receipts, explanations, etc. at their request only to find out that the customer service was for Sketchers in India only. So, I started the process all over again with a different Sketchers customer service website and again supplied all the same information. This time, I supplied the information many times at their request via numerous emails, only to be sent (after wasting another 3 weeks) a form letter telling me that I needed to return them to the place of purchase and that had to be within 45 days. The revelation of 45 days from purchase date was never mentioned in the 3 months that I've wasted trying to return them. So, I'm guessing that Sketchers only expects their products to perform they way they are advertised for 45 days. I would not buy any Sketchers products ever again. What a waste of my money, time and certainly my health. Way to prove why people hate customer service Sketchers. Well done.

I bought a great pair of shoes that i love. Unfortunately the shoe laces frayed so i went to the local Skechers store to buy laces and also a new pair of shoes
I was told that Skechers does not sell laces.
They do however sell candy
so a shoe store does not sell shoe accessories but does sell skittles.
I now will take my business elsewhere”

I have had a really unpleasant experience with Skechers shoes!
Few days ago I have bought a pair of Skechers (in Westfield, Stratford). When I got home I realised they are not as comfy as I actually thought. I came back the next day with the receipt and the manager told me off I worn them already and nothing can be done! Im still waiting for an response as I wrote an email. They did not offer me any possibility instead. Honestly don’t ever buy from the shop! They look expensive but they are really uncomfortable. I still have my shoes worth £80 hahaha”
