Will not buy sketchers again the service was insulting. They gave no reason I could not return in 2 years warranty claim.”
“I purchased a pair of slip ins and after a few months the inner fabric at the heel started to come apart. I shipped them back to Skechers on February29, 2024 via USPS tracking. They delivered the shoes to Skechers at 10:48 March 4, 2024. I heard nothing from them since. Today, April 4,2024 I spoke to customer service and was told that the folks at quality control said that the inside lining of the shoe falling apart was normal wear and tear. Really? They offered me a discount coupon for 35% and told me that's all they will do. Why would I want to pay for another pair of shoes that won't last? I was told by customer service that quality control makes the final decision for Skechers. I am beyond disappointed in Skechers and they have effectively made me a former customer.”

“I've been buying Sketchers for some time, mainly in Ireland. Recently, I purchased a pair of slip-ins, (aptly named) on vacation, in Lisbon (€100).
I slipped and fell heavily a few days later due to the total lack of grip in the rain on the typical white Portuguese street footpath tiles. The shoe sole pattern is totally different from previous purchases.
As an EU citizen, purchasing in the EU, I was amazed to discover that Sketchers support is UK based.
