She went quite high up a ladder to find a slipper size for me even though heights made her uncomfortable. Yes, I bought the slippers and yes, I would go back again because of the staff. They know when to step in to offer help and when to leave you alone to look. Many others could learn from them. I left with four pairs of footwear, one of them for my husband. I definitely will go back.”

“I am writing this review with great disappointment and frustration. After only three weeks of wear, the sole has "worn out" to such an extent that the shoes have become unusable. For a brand like Skechers, I expected much higher quality and durability, especially considering the price.
However, what is even worse than the product quality itself is the customer support. I tried to resolve the issue through their support, but I hit a wall of irresponsibility and blame-shifting. No one wanted to take responsibility for the obvious defect in the product. They just kept passing me from one person to another, without any concrete solution or willingness to help.
This is absolutely unacceptable. Not only did I waste money on a poor-quality product, but I also lost time and nerves trying to exercise my rights as a customer.
From my experience, I can only say: I will never buy anything from Skechers again. It is clear that they lack concern for both product quality and customer satisfaction. Avoid them at all costs if you don't want to find yourself in the same situation.”

“I am a 60 year old active man and professional wildlife photographer. I began feeling sharp pain in the back of both my feet and after X-rays and MRIs I who was told by a two podiatrists that I need surgery on both feet. With the three month recovery time (per foot) necessary to heal - and the described 10 out of 10 pain of the surgery I asked if there was anything else I could try before committing to this horrible surgical solution. One of the podiatrists said, “You can try Hoka shoes and put a small heal lift in it.” I tried the Hoka shoes and they did very little to relieve my heel pain while I walked and actually made my feet hurt worse while just sitting at a table at a restaurant. I felt helpless and nearly committed to the surgery when one day I passed a Skechers store. I put on a pair of their slip-in walking shoes and was instantly impressed with how comfortable they made my feet feel - particularly my heels. Because of their incredible deals like buy two and get one free, I bought three pairs. The next thing I know, I’m out walking miles with a huge camera and tripod again and I don’t feel any pain in my feet as long as I wear them. I now have six pairs of Skechers including house shoes and golf shoes and I literally can’t wear anything else. Brilliantly done Skechers. Thank you!!!!”

Shopped at the Skechers Store on Bay parkway and bought a pair plus, they didn't have my sie in another style and offered to look it up and order it for me. “Purchased a pair of Sketchers Bobs slip ins women's. Only have them 2mos and the inside lining is wearing and, the worst part of these horrible shoes is the soles. They are so shallow and barely any grips. Because of this design, once the soles wear just the slightest, they become flat and extremely slippery and a hazard for waking in. Totally worthless, unless you want a slip and fall daily. Customer service says I can return for inspection,
but I'm not going to pay to ship, and I'm sure they won't do anything! Just wasted $75. Don't buy!!! Total Junk and extremely dangerous for walking!!!”
“Scott in your Milford, MA, store made my happy by greeting me as soon as I walked in (5/13/25) even though he was not near the door. He was down one of the aisles yet he said hello and asked if he could help me right away. I had been in this same store three days earlier (5/10/25) and the whole time I was in the store not one person asked me if they could help me. A couple of your folks actually walked right past me and did not acknowledge. Scott not only said hello but was extremely in getting me into the right shoe for me as I was returning one of the pair I had bought 3 days earlier with no help. I am currently on my 3rd pair of foamies because the Velcro does not hold on 1 shoe on both pairs. Only wore them one summer.

“Less than 6 months of walking in these shoes. I bought the gowalk 7 hands free. Loved the shoe, top looks like new, but the sole does not hold up for anything other than casual walking. This is the second pair I have bought, just to have the bottom not last, and they are not cheap!!”
