“I have15 pairs of Skechers. Ive bought them for years. Always been happy with the shoes. About 11. mos. ago I bought a pair of Slip ins. Easy to put on & comfortable. Only wore these shoes 1-2 a week. You can see from the pictures where the heel has wore down. I paid $90 for these shoes & they aren't worth $10. Very disgusted.
I have tried 10 times to download 1 picture of the shoes. Will not download. The inside heel of both shoes is wore down to white filling in heel & it is very unfortable to wear them because I can feel the metal in the heel. Co tact me by email so I can mail you pics of the shoes.”

“The heel of laced golf shoes breaking up in less than 1 year. Received a coupon to purchase a replacement pair. Decided on slip-ins figuring the design surely has a more robust and durable heel construction. Was I wrong!!!!! After 3 months of golf, the heel is completely torn up from the friction of slip in and out. This is a $200 shoe!! I declined a 30% coupon because I have lost faith in the brand.”
“Have been a Great Skecher’s customer, over a dozen pair, bought a $150 pair back yesterday to Scottsdale store, worn briefly just once , they refused to accept the return , even though they met the “return policy “ of 45 days. Today they replied saying they were “gutted” by my review, but didn’t offer to do anything .. just called them again , giving them another chance to do the “right thing”, No Way.. these guys are BAD, they’re UNTRUTHFUL about their return policy at their Scottsdale store & I’m CANCELLING MY SKECHER’S MEMBERSHIP, their Word cannot be Trusted.”
“Today's customer service is either fake or non-existent. Kate at Skechers in Webster NY dispels that notion. I was greeted at the door with a genuine smile. I had a difficult problem that took several minutes and attempts to rectify. Through it all she stayed the course and resolved my issue. She made me want to come back and buy more shoes even though I didn't need them just so I could have the positive feeling she left me with. Skechers is blessed and lucky to have Kate as a representative!!!!!!”
“very bad experience with there product and after sale service...work shoe sole came off in 3 months (using 2 days a week). customer service offers online coupon when you try to buy same thing online is $130. now have to spending twice the original purchase price...my advice please stay away from companies like this "”
“My shoes were the wrong size so I sent them back for a refund as per their instructions and using their delivery label (I was too far away to be able to exchange) and the tracking showed it was delivered to them and 3 weeks later no refund, then I contacted them and they said it was 'under investigation'. Wouldn't let me speak to a manager, wouldn't provide me with any further information. Still out of pocket, will never buy skechers again!”
“I have fell twice in my skechers both times going to doctors appointments in the hallway there was nothing in my way or on the floor the second fall took me to the emergency room messed up my knee so disappointed they where my favorite shoes and I brought two pair tie ups and slip ons the letting know becareful”
“I've had 3 pairs. The first, about 5 years ago lasted well, but the sole parted from the upper after about 2 years, with still plenty of tread. The 2nd pair lasted about 9 months, with a similar issue. The 3rd pair lasted 4 months with the upper leather degrading. Not again.”

“Sketcher slip on are a hazard. Unfortunately, my 85-year-old mother fell and tripped, stubbed her toe wearing your slip on. She broke her arm in two places and is currently waiting for surgery. I decided to research other reviews and there were dozens of similar complaints Regarding your slip on shoes. In fact, other people have fractured their bones. The shoes should be taken off the market.”
“My wife and I both purchased a pair of Skechers tennis shoes each. Not long after l started wearing them mine started breaking down in the arch support causing my feet to hurt. Then the soles started coming off of both hers and mine. We even sent one pair back to Skechers. After about a month with no response, I call the company and they said sorry that's just normal wear and tear. Well if that's normal for Skechers then we don't need any more Skechers tennis shoes.
