“I bought Relaxed fit air cooled, I am diabetic and arthritic and 78 , I thought I had found a show I could wear, they did not last 2 months, the material that is supposed to be resilient in the heal balled up and blistered my heal. Not happy, dangerous for diabetics that have difficulties feeling their feet. Designed material issue.”
“I just had TWO of the WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCES with the store manager at the Hylan drive store ( # 00862) in Henrietta Ny- I purchased a pair of boots on a gift card I received n noticed later on that they over charged me $15.- I went back to the store where SUPPOSEDLY a employee there refunded me $15 on my gift card- I hav both receipts- when I checked my gift card balance the $15 was never put back on the gift card!! Today 1/25/25 I called the store n talked to the manager about this- before she hung up on me she said “not my problem” so I went back to the store to try to resolve this issue- the store manager was SO RUDE TO ME- when I asked her what her name was she told me her name was F—K and walked away to the back of the store and never returned! I will not only write this terrible review but I will tell EVERYONE I KNOW about my TERRIBLE EXPERIENCES with this manager- I will also b calling the corporate office to complain but I don’t really expect any response from them either- they just don’t seem to care about customer satisfaction AT ALL”
“Have had a pair of slip-ins for less than a year are rarely use them. The material at the back has separated from the plastic piece on both of them. Not impressed and will not buy another pair.”
“My Skechers hiking boot is defective. It has fallen apart, from it sole on the inner side. I went to the Rowland Heights location. The cashier called a manager (Maria). She said no you need a receipt. I informed her I used my membership and my credit card. She replied go into your account and find the receipt. So I did and she said it's been move than 90 days. So I can't help you. I asked to speak to the store manager (Jennifer) and explained that is the policy. I replied you can't be serious these boots didn't last six months. (I do use these boots four days a week for two hours walking a trail.)That's eighty dollars wasted. I won't be shopping for any more Skechers.”
“Not sure if we are happy or disappointed, we bought a pair of mule tennis shoe my wife wears around the house and is falling apart. They were a Christmas gift, how ever the Store in Westfield Mall in Canoga Park California sort of made my wife feel like a liar, did not want a refund, just an exchange they were a not even a month old and because I couldn’t find the receipt, we were out of luck
today, being handicapped we thought we could of been treated better,they did not seem concerned no receipt no dice. So we are writing this in hope that they will exchange them warranting another review. It’s hard to keep track of Christmas Shopping receipts and buying four pairs,we are not cheap customers”
“Thank you for Slip-ins! I am 85 and my wife is 80. The Slip-ins are the best shoes for us. I got mine first and was so pleased I took my Special Lady to the store and got her a pair. While we were there I got me another pair. Keep up the good work, we will keep getting them for as long as God keeps us here.”
“Heidi, the assistant manager at the Queen Creek, AZ Skechers is one amazing employee and they are lucky to have her working for their company. She is friendly and helpful. She quickly got a ladder and climbed to the top to get a pair of shoes in my size. Then when I asked about other colors in the same shoe she got on a computer by the checkout and found one of the colors that I wanted. I ordered and paid for them at the store, to be shipped to my house. A third color she located for me at another store and made sure they were in my size. I asked her about the “buy one get one half off” price and she told me to take my receipt for the pair I’d purchased at Queen Creek to the second store to get the discount on the second pair. She is intelligent and extremely efficient. She is tops in customer service! I’ll definitely go back to that store again!”
“Very bad. We were the only customers on the shop on Sunday 12th at app 3pm.
No acknowledgement from the 2 staff who were at the deck. After closing the shoes we waited for the sales assistant. No luck.
We walked to the counter and asked for the size to try. Service was provided but we were not welcome.

I have been tripping several times once in a hospital with my daughter then the pair I wear in my house I have tripped several times at the toe. “Your system is rejecting the photo I’m wanting to provide that speaks for itself. I bought the slip on shoes in pink and white and the heels wore through to painful metal within a week. I’m careful with things and my shoes last years; I’m disappointed.”

“Several months ago, I bought a pair of winter Sketchers on sale. Once I started wearing them months later, they felt too big, although they were my size. I had thrown away the receipt. I kept trying to wear them. I found myself walking right out of them. I took them to the Sketchers’ shop on Scottsdale Road and she immediately found the same shoe in a smaller size and exchanged them with no hesitation or receipt. Customer service was exemplary.”
