“I've had 3 pairs. The first, about 5 years ago lasted well, but the sole parted from the upper after about 2 years, with still plenty of tread. The 2nd pair lasted about 9 months, with a similar issue. The 3rd pair lasted 4 months with the upper leather degrading. Not again.”
“Earlier in his year I purchase a pair of Skechers. The sole is two-toned with part of the profile in a darker tone which is laminated to the base. On one of my shoes a part of this laminate is beginning to delaminate!! I need a replacement!!!”

“Purchased a pair of slip ons with the built in shoe horn. Great idea and work very well once you get your toes in the shoe. Typically sketchers slip ons are very narrow on the top of the shoe thus making it difficult to just slide your foot.”

“I have purchased 2 of the same pair from sketchers website. They feel great, the problem is within a couple of months they are all falling apart at the seams. Standing and walking on concrete floor 8hrs a day, 6 days a week I need good foot support, which these seem to be, I just wish they would hold up longer than just a month or so. “I love sketchers and 90% that I wear are sketchers. BUT had the worst experience with the sketchers massage sandals. They really ruined my 3 day cruise to Bahamas. 1. You can't check a local Skechers shop's stock online.
2. If your local shop has not got the product they won't order it for you.
3. You can't order a product to be picked up from the shop.
4. Ordering using 'normal' post means you will not get any tracking info, just '2-7 days delivery'.
5. No explanations (that I could find) of what all the different technologies mean and are supposed do.
6. You can register that you want to know when a currently out-of-stock size has come back into stock. I did that, it turned out the range was discontinued and they couldn't be bothered to send an email advising me of that.”
“I loved the sketchers slip on canvas bobs,no laces to tie up.so decided to get new ones as my old ones were now falling apart. unfortunately they have changed the design, but i thought I would still get three different colours as they were super comfy before .how very wrong was I. For some reason the size 5 is more of a 6 .the laces are not elasticated just short and knotted ar the end so they are baggy and rub as you walk .I only had them on around the house for 5 minutes .had to take them off .awfull designe and not at all comfy . Havnt got the recipe and left it to long to exchange as I brought them in January ready for spring . Really disappointed and wasted alot of money .why change a perfect design?”
“These shoes are NOT for the desert!! The groove pattern in the soles is just the right size to pick up gravel. I have to remove them and dig the gravel out after EVERY time I go outside.”

I asked would I get my birthday points with this purchase, yes she said! I did the online enrollment- after I retrieved my phone and waited again. I clicked Join, Buzzer sounds, Wrong Answer and then I proceeded into Skecther App Hell. Due to my phone number I had to remember email address used, 4 Buzzers later no wrong answers. Finally yes only password needed to be reset. App says could be 30 min! Wrong answer! It made me rethink my entire purchase. Online merchants have mastered the consumer relationship. Not Sketchers! $257.00 in the register and due to a stupid app I left in frustration!”
“I have the old Sketchers SUMMIT black women's shoes - they are great - but I went into the Sketchers store to buy another pair and their shoes all have plastic soles! what happened tp the rubber - non-slip soles? They now have the same quality as the ones you can get at Walmart for under $20!

I thought I had finally found a shoe that was both comfortable and safe and sure-footed - being a Sr. and having diabetes, this was important.
