“I have been a long time, loyal customer of Skechers - no more! I placed an order for a shoe because the order kept being cancelled -- stated "due to high demand" but each time it said "in stock". After hours on hold & finally a call back, I am told there must have been a criss-cross in inventory & assured the are back in & that I will be receiving a 20% off code via email to reorder (for a 5th time). I wait for the code, but it doesn't work. I call customer service who tells me code doesn't work on this shoe since it is on sale & then tells me I must of heard what I wanted to hear from the 1st rep. thinking I could use it on this shoe. Rude! I know the 1st rep. said she was sending the code as a courtesy to my mishaps with last 4 cancelled orders & that I could use the code to reorder the shoe. Conveniently I couldn't speak to a supervisor because they was no one on hand so said 2nd rep. & advised that he would email, but the price of shoe goes up in 2 days & can't count on someone getting back to me by then. Really? So unprofessional. What was my favorite store... is no more! Hours waiting for customer service, lying no supervisors & give me a code doesn't work after 4 cancelled orders -- by Skechers!”
“I purchased a pair of sketcher sandals towards the end of last summer. I have hardly worn them and the stitching has come part on one of the sandals. I have taken them back to the Merry Hill branch who their Assistant Brach Manager Ian was very rude who requested a receipt which I did not have due to the time which has elapsed. He had no customer service and kept repeating this!!! I have sent an email to their CEO who todate I have not received a response to. Beware of the quality of their footwear as they have no after care !!!!”
“I bought goga mat slip on shoes from sketchers outlet store…the shoes are the most comfortable shoe I ever wore plus very stylish with a lace up. Only thing is my toe went through the right shoe in which was embarrassing to say the least.
Never had that happen to me in a sketcher shoe. Disappointed that I can’t find the exact shoe again. It was a very nice pair of shoes!! I went back with the shoes at the outlet but of course they would do nothing to help!!”
“Waterproof golf shoes are no longer waterproof after 6 months, worn about 30 times. Skechers offer is insulting. 35% off another pair. Really!!! Or take them back to the retailer who will have a look at them. God knows how they will see if they’re waterproof as there are no splits. Just rubbish shoes from a rubbish company. “I bought a pair of sneakers from Outlet store on Murphy Rd in Houston.. tTried walking in them at store to get feel for fit. I then tried to wear to exercise class for 45 min. After class I had to go barefoot home cause shoe hurt my foot so. After 1 wk of purchase, I tried to return shoes for credit. The manager said she couldn’t give credit wo rcpt..I have returned to store and now being told I can’t return because ‘used’. I discussed w cashier who told me he was manager. Finally brought the SAME women who hAndled me at first attempt to return. Still wouldn’t give my money back because policy is to not take back used shoes!!! Not mentioned first trip. So I went to get shoes to exchange and this is what they are selling for new shoes”
“My husband bought 2 pair of go walk twist fit sneakers and the dial does not stay tight. He has a brace for a drop foot and it's hard to find shoes or sneekers that his brace would fit in. He was happy when found these until 3-4 months later and he could not keep the dial tight.”

“I love sketchers flex appeal series. But, this time i bought flex appeal 4.0-vivid spirit for $80. I don't like them because the tongue is sewn all the way up. I have a problem with the top of my feet ... The tongue being sewn up makes it so hard to get on and uncomfortable. The only reason i didn't return is because i had worn them. I'm sad cuz i feel like they were way expensive and the tongue issue is a big deal... So i wear my old ones and I'm out $85 . Beware of this problem if you have older feet... The tongue sewn all the way up was a really bad idea by sketchers. If i could wear shoes this way with the tongue issue, I'd buy the slip-ons.”

“I ordered 7pieces if clothing from skechers on April 3. It is now May 13 and i have not received my order. Customer service does not answer their phones and when i email them they tell me when they hear where my order is they will be in contact with me. But a month and a half later nothing !!!!
